Before you receive the item

If you choose to cancel your order within this 30-minute timeframe, we will be able to provide a full refund.
At Kuular, when you shop with us, you are not only purchasing a product but also a service. Each item is handcrafted and personalized based on your order, which means we incur costs related to your order once production begins. This means that if you wish to cancel after the production of your customized product has started, we will be unable to offer a full refund. However, we will be happy to discuss alternative options with you and may provide a partial refund. Our customer service team members will be able to provide further guidance and assistance.

After receiving the product
We want you to be satisfied with your order, and if for any reason you are not, please let us know. Your feedback is important to us. As all products are custom made to order, they cannot be resold, which means it's essential for you to carefully review the customization details and information provided before placing your order, as we will be unable to take any actions concerning them afterwards. However, if you need a refund for any valid reason, please refer to the process outlined below.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Processing Time
For items that do not require a return, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
For items that require a return, the return process will be completed within 7 business days after we receive the package.
The refund will be issued back to your original payment account or in the form of store credits, as per your request.
